Hello, I'm Julita.
I'm a multi-media Graphic Designer based out of New Jersey who loves to create clean and user-friendly designs. Along with my Photoshop and drawing skills, I'm a team player and problem solver who is up for any creative challenge.
As Senior Graphic Designer at Girl Scouts of the USA, I am the lead for all creative projects developed by the Marketing department. I provide art direction to an in-house team of four, brand consultation to 112 councils nationwide, and design solutions for audiences ranging from young girls to potential corporate partners.
Prior to GSUSA I worked at Norma Kamali, where I retouched photography, designed emails, and managed web content. Before that, I was the sole designer for a start-up media company, where I developed their brand identity. I also created marketing and sales collateral for Cambridge University Press' ESL team. And while in college, I interned at GKV, an advertising agency in Baltimore.
Over the past 8 years I have worked on freelance projects for clients in a variety of industries including fashion, healthcare, finance, and other non-profits. I have also developed a passion for wedding invitation design and hope to expand my portfolio with stationery in general.
When I'm not sketching in my notebook, you can find me starting a new DIY project at my home in New Jersey, testing out a new recipe from my Food & Wine magazine, or at the gym doing box jumps, pull-ups, and power cleans. Oh, and I love bacon.
